Dashing Divas Boutique Consignment Store Policy and Contract
Welcome to Dashing Divas Boutique a consignment store dedicated to providing a platform for individuals to buy and sell gently used clothing items. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following policies and contract for consignment.
- Sellers will receive 50% of the final selling price for each item sold.
- The consignment period is 90 days.
- After the consignment period, items not sold will be automatically marked for donation.
Acceptance of Items:
- Clothing items must be clean, in excellent condition, and meet 2 year current fashion trends.
- Dashing Divas Boutique reserves the right to decline items that do not meet our quality standards or are not in line with our current inventory needs.
- Dashing Divas Boutique will determine the initial selling price in consultation with the consignor.
- Price reductions reflect after 30 days on going until 90 days have been reached.
- Payouts are available once the items have been sold and paid for. Consignors may stop in or call for a balance amount.
- Payouts can be collected in-store via check or sent by Venmo or Apple Pay.
- Funds that are unclaimed after 1 year from the last item sold will expire. All remaining money on accounts will be used for operations of our store.
Damaged or Stolen Items:
- Dashing Divas Boutique is not responsible for any damage or theft of consigned items that may occur during the consignment period.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Dashing Divas Boutique reserves the right to market and promote consigned items through various channels to maximize sales.
By signing this agreement, the consignor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this consignment policy.

- Dashing Divas Boutique encourages clients to participate in our Pay-It-Forward program by voluntarily donating the entire proceeds from the sale of their consigned items to a charitable cause selected below.
- Clients interested in the Pay-It-Forward program must indicate their participation during the consignment intake process.
- All funds collected through the Pay-It-Forward program will be aggregated, and the total amount will be distributed to a charitable organization chosen by Dashing Divas Boutique at the end of each calendar year.
- Dashing Divas Boutique will transparently communicate the total amount raised and the selected charitable organization to all clients who participated in the Pay-It-Forward program.
- Dashing Divas Boutique is committed to making a positive impact in the community through the Pay-It-Forward program, and we appreciate the generosity of our clients in supporting this initiative.
